Terms of Use
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By using GuardMint, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What GuardMint provides
GuardMint provides public, non-invasive scan results and informational security and launch-readiness guidance for web apps. It evaluates the publicly visible surface of a submitted URL and turns what it finds into a report.
Authorized use
You should only scan domains, apps, or systems that you own or are otherwise authorized to test. You are responsible for having permission to scan any URL you submit.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Scan domains, apps, or systems you do not own or are not authorized to test.
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service, or bypass usage limits or security controls.
- Use GuardMint to attack, harass, or disrupt others.
No security guarantee
Scan results may contain false positives or false negatives. Passing a scan does not guarantee that an app is secure. GuardMint is a tool to assist your review, not a substitute for professional security assessment.
Not professional advice
GuardMint is not, and does not provide:
- A penetration test.
- A formal security audit.
- Legal advice.
- A compliance certification.
Accounts and access
If you create an account, you are responsible for the access credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your access secure.
Availability
The service may change, be unavailable, or be limited at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features without notice.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, block, or remove access to the service for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
As-is service
GuardMint is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on scan results.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
